Since the former INAP mailing list was
overloaded with undesirable material,
we replaced it with the email
notification service.
I subscribed all members of the former INAP mailing list to the notification service of the top page, so that you are informed of future changes of this site if the author of the change *expressly* chooses to notify the subscribers.
If you want to receive messages from INAP, you can subscribe yourself for specific folders. You will get notifications only for the selected folder and its subfolders. I recommend to simply subscribe at the top level page.
